Mince Pie Whiskey Sour

Jar mince pie filling

Bottle of blended whiskey -supermarket own brand is fine, but the mixologist recommends Marks and Spencer £18

Mix the 2 ingredients together for 24 hours, shaking every couple of hours

Whiskey Sour

60ml of the infused whiskey

20ml cranberry juice

10ml lemon juice

1tbs Aquafaba or 1 egg white or 1/2 drop of miracle foamer

Shake the cocktail ingredients together on ice in a shaker. Pour into a glass and finish with a grating of nutmeg
